I am a full-time Denver residential Realtor® who specializes in effectively working as a Buyer’s Agent and Seller's Agent. I am very actively involved with transactions to include resale, new construction, land, bank owned, investment, first time home buyers and short sales. I strive to continually remain educated on new Denver developments that may impact the real estate community as it relates to my clients. Living in Denver for 20 years, I have an intimate knowledge of the Denver neighborhoods and identify those neighborhoods preferable to my clients.

Additionally, I am passionate about leveraging technology to bring greater buyer exposure to my seller's properties to include maximum search engines, personal and 3rd party web-sites such as Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow, DenverOpenHome.com, Craig's List, Point2agent and many others.

My 15 years of sales and negotiating experience with a medical software company has well prepared me for the real estate industry. I have been through extensive sales, negotiating and customer service training which is extremely beneficial to my client’s real estate transactions.

I am a member of the Denver Board of Realtors® and National Association of Realtors®. I have been awarded by the Denver Board of Realtors to the Million Dollar Club which recognizes those agents in the top 10% of the Denver market for dollar volume and number of transactions. In my first year of real estate, I was nominated by Prestige Real Estate as “Rookie of the Year” for dollar volume sold. In 2009, I hope to complete my GRI accreditation, Graduate REALTOR® Institute.
